Led comprehensive incident response and post-breach remediation for a large-scale ransomware attack by rapidly deploying CrowdStrike EDR across the organization to contain the threat. Following the incident, I rebuilt their Azure cloud environments to align with the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, implementing MS Sentinel (SIEM) and Microsoft Purview to ensure long-term data security and corporate governance.

Conducted a high-stakes digital forensics investigation for a SaaS company after their entire customer database was exfiltrated from an AWS cloud environment. I performed a deep-dive analysis of the breach, mapped out the attacker's footprint, and delivered an extensive forensic report to executives with actionable steps to secure their cloud infrastructure.

Spearheaded the deployment of enterprise AI solutions, including EliseAI and Claude CoWork, for a property management firm managing $800M in assets. By automating maintenance scheduling, customer service workflows, and routine administrative tasks, this initiative drove immediate productivity gains and reduced operational costs for their 100+ employees.
